Q: How can I get your products catalog and what kind of catalog do you have ?
A: Just fill the contact us page and write "Catalogue" on Question/Inquiry form. We provide only pdf file catalog that we send you per eMail.

Q: What should I do when I want to order ?
A: The best way to contact us is through eMail or direct phone

Q: How long will it take to produce my order ?
A: LBM's production lead time is 3 months/less and it depends also on the large of order.

Q: What is term and condition of free shipping after 3 months production?
A: Maximum 3 x 40ft Container per order

Q: How can I get your prices and the exact measurement?
A: You can register first and then click "get quotation" on the products that you interested in. LBM will send you the measurements and negotiable prices per eMail

Q: Do you accept customer's designs and can keep the confidentiality?
A: LBM accepts any designs that aren't listed on our website and knows the ethic of the confidentially design.

Q: What is your packing system ?
A: LBM uses single face paper as our standard. There is an additional charge if you request the packing by carton box.

Q: How is your QC system?
A: LBM provides QC to check throughly the goods of your order. You can delegate your own QC to check the goods.
